Congratulations on choosing codePlanet Code School to embark on an exciting coding adventure.

Whether you’re a beginner or have some coding experience, we’re thrilled to have you join our innovative learning community. Here’s all the essential information you need to kickstart your journey:

Before you start

Our teaching approach emphasizes hands-on coding experience. During each class, we will introduce a coding concept and provide opportunities to work on small projects related to that concept. Approximately 70-80% of our class time is dedicated to practical exercises.

To derive the maximum benefit from the course, we encourage students to attend over 90% of the classes, especially during the initial stages of a course.

Required Information for New Students

Choose Your Class Time:

  • Weekly 1-hour class.
  • Navigate to our homepage to view the latest course openings and find a class time that suits your schedule.

Enrollment Process: To enroll, send an email with the following details:

  • Student’s Full Name
  • Parent’s Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

Required Health Information:

  • Provide any relevant medical information or allergies to ensure a safe learning environment.

Instructor-led Online Class :

Required Information

Class Structure:

  • The course is delivered through instructor-led online classes to ensure an interactive learning experience.
  • We maintain small class sizes of 7-10 students to provide personalised attention.

Recommended Setup:

  • We use Zoom for our online sessions.

  • For an optimal learning experience, we recommend a double-screen setup.

    • Use one screen for attending Zoom meetings.

    • Use another screen for completing exercises.

  • Students can use an extension monitor, iPad, or tablet as a second screen.

Terms & Conditions:

Invoice Policy and Other Terms:

  • No need to pay for each class individually.
  • Monthly invoices will be sent to your email, and payment can be made via bank transfer.
  • When making payments, kindly include the invoice number for reference.
  • Your billing cycle commences from your start date. For instance, if you commence on March 22, 2020, your invoice cycle initiates on the 22nd of each subsequent month.
  • Invoices are issued monthly in advance, meaning you are billed at the beginning of the monthly cycle for services to be provided in that month.
  • You have the flexibility to discontinue at any time. If you wish to quit, just provide a 2-week notice period.
  • Prospective students must consider their ability to attend more than 90% of the scheduled classes before enrolling in any course at codePlanet Code School. The curriculum is designed with the assumption that each week’s topics and exercises build upon the knowledge acquired in the preceding week. Consequently, regular attendance is crucial for the successful completion of the course.
  • codePlanet Code School does not provide replacement or makeup classes for any sessions that a student might miss, regardless of the reason for absence.
