Admission Commitment

  • Attendance is Essential – Our curriculum is designed step by step. Each lecture builds directly on the previous one. Students are expected to maintain at least 90% attendance, as missing classes will significantly disrupt your learning progress.

  • No Rescheduling or Make-Up Sessions – We do not offer alternative sessions or reschedule missed classes. Enrolment is for the entire course, billed monthly, not for individual sessions.

  • School Holidays – During official school holiday breaks, we pause classes for one week. Your payment cycle is automatically adjusted so you are not charged for holiday weeks.

  • Public Holidays – No classes are held on public holidays. Payment cycles are not adjusted for public holidays.

  • Withdrawal Policy – Students may withdraw from their course at any time by providing two weeks’ written notice.

Class Format

  • Instructor-Led Online – All sessions are conducted live via Zoom.

  • Small Class Sizes – Similar skill & age group. Each class has 7–10 students, ensuring personalised attention.

  • Interactive Setup – We recommend a dual-screen setup (e.g., computer + extension monitor, iPad, or tablet). One screen is used for following the Zoom class, while the other is for completing coding exercises.

In-Class Guidelines

  • Punctuality – Join your class at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • Collaborative Learning – Our sessions are interactive. Ask questions, share ideas, and support your peers.

  • Hands-On Focus – Most of the session is dedicated to exercises. We recommend using a dual-monitor setup (one screen for Zoom, the other for coding/exercises).

  • Camera & Microphone – Keeping your camera on is optional. However, you must enable your microphone for participation.

  • Quiet Environment – Ensure your background is free from unnecessary noise during the session.

Invoice & Payment Policy

At codePlanet, all fees are managed through a structured monthly invoicing system. Please read the following carefully:

  • Initial Invoice – You will receive your first invoice on the day your course begins. Payment must be made via bank transfer, and you must include the invoice number as your payment reference.

  • Ongoing Invoices – After your first payment, you will receive an invoice on the same date each month (based on your course start date).

    • Example: If your course begins on 22 March, invoices will be sent on the 22nd of each subsequent month.

  • Advance Billing – All invoices are issued monthly in advance. This means you are paying ahead for the upcoming month of classes, covering the service you will receive.

  • Course Commitment – By enrolling, you commit to the entire course. Payments are divided into monthly instalments for convenience, but they represent your commitment to the full program rather than individual classes.

  • Withdrawal Policy – Students may withdraw from their course at any time by providing two weeks’ written notice.
